Home Inspection
Robert arrived on time and got to work. The inspection was thorough - it lasted about 5 hours - and professional. As a former builder, he was knowledgable and experienced with home inspections. He has been around the Outer Banks for quite a while and had actually inspected the same home 10 years earlier during the previous sale. Robert's report was delivered quickly. The report was thorough and recommended further review by a contractor for several issues that he identified. His report and recommendations helped us identify some important issues that we were not aware of before the inspection.
