Lawn Service
Started out fine, mowing every two weeks in the growing season. Marco's crew mowed the lawn and did string trimming along the fence on a typical residential lot with a house. Marco was personable and polite and the first year went by with no problem. This year, I contacted him about some problems caused by the mowing crew such as ruts in the yard caused by wheels spinning on the mower, mowing over ground cover, and leaving large clumps of matted grass after mowing. He promptly quit. He said after 3 "complaints" he dropped a customer because they were too much trouble. He said the crews had profit goals to meet and customers like me got in their way. He lost the padlock key I gave him to open the gate to the property.
