Alan came on an emergency basis at supper time, on the day after Christmas, after working elsewhere. He communicated well, was able to repair our "no heat" situation. He followed up the next day as promised, returning as soon as permanent fix was available. Alan is pleasant and professional, we are very pleased with his work. Highly recommended.
