Went well. Within an hour of arriving at the location, my oil, oil filter and cabin air filters were changed. They let you examine your filters and determine if you want them changed or not. This to me says they are being honest about the service they suggest you need. They advised my under hood air filter did not need to be changed this time, but probably next. We would look at it again next time. It was quick and easy.
