They removed a fireplace and replaced it with windows in my living room and also added new windows in the kitchen and office. Amazing work! Fast, responsive and with a fair price. Would hire again, for sure!

They were efficient, meticulous, considerate, friendly, and very helpful. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner, Kim, was helpful and knowledgeable. She also very prompt with service and called to make sure everything was done to our expectations after the job was finished. I would highly recommend them again.

Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Patient. Goes beyond. Out of the three estimates I was given, this was the only company that offered me more than just pop-out and pop-in new windows. They actually looked at what I had and envisioned an affordable, more aesthetically-pleasing look for my little house. I have never been excited over windows before, nor realized how a change in the layout can affect its appearance. I definitely recommend them. I only gave them a 4.5 for work quality, because one of the windows were mis-measured and had to be reordered. Otherwise 5s all the way!

We replaced 11 windows at our condo. One window came damaged from the manufacturer and wouldn t close properly. Kim called that day to have a replacement window shipped. The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally. I would highly recommend The Window Source of Raleigh. Great people, great products and great prices!

One of the several reasons I selected Window Source was the Project Consultant Rendy Wells. He gave a thorough understanding of the product, and returned my calls with questions in a timely fashion. I was equally pleased with the installer Jeff and his son. They took pride in their work and left my house spotless. I am very pleased I chose this comoany.

Overall really good experience with Window Source RI. They are a very well-run family business that exercises transparency and quality in their work. We went with the middle of the road vinyl replacement windows and we love them. Great sound-proofing and not drafty at all. The only complaint I have is that some of the caulking done after installing was done in a hurry and not very thorough. We had to go back and go over it again ourselves. Also a tip: get your windows installed BEFORE doing any house renovation projects. Inevitably, getting the old windows out and new ones in will inflict some damage on your window frames (cracking, chipping paint). They tried to get all the spots, but missed a few.

Richard was not on this job. Worker was late for the installation. The job was rushed with no interior framing for it was 4 pm and work stopped at 5 pm. The dryer duct was inserted through a slider window pane without any seal to close the 1/4 inch gap.

Excellent service and quality windows. I'm stunned at the price and the quality of work. Richard, Scott, and Kim were awesome to work with and provided great communication with quick response time. Only did 6 windows so far but will hire them again to complete the remaining 8 windows and a Bow window. I highly recommend them.
