It is very clean. It has a lot of different equipment, in a variety of brands. They fit you with a trainer. They have a pool, sauna, and a steam room. You can watch television while working out on the machines. It is open for 24 hours a day. I do recommend them.

I really don’t have time to go regularly. I actually don’t have friends also there and I signed up with them because I got a deal with them. I did go pretty religiously for six months. Then after I went couple of days they were closed because of snow days and some days because of floods. So I just got away from that and thought that I would never do again. Their availability is not that good. They advertise that they are open 24/7 but the one near my house is not open. I could see myself going over there during late evenings and as I work on something the hours are not feasible for me. They don’t offer a whole lot. They have equipments but I can’t go there as I have to drive half an hour and by the time I come home, it’s just not feasible. Their price is pretty expensive when you sign up but if you are going on with a deal then it’s good. They don’t have extra amenities like instrumental or classes like that and they are strictly only for workouts and gyms. They do have all the equipments and also there are trainers available but then again you have to pay an extra fee. They give two sessions and after that you have to do it on your own or else you have to sign up. I would not use them again because of the time elements with me.

I've been a member since the gym opened.  My husband joined shortly after I did.  We love the yoga classes with Maggie.  There's lots of equipment (so you never get bored) & the staff is friendly.
