I have had two other contractors check out our air conditioner this summer and every time they left, we had another problem. I called Heath and he came the same day. He immediately knew what the problem was. The fan was fired wrong which caused it to run 24/7 for the last three weeks. The drain pan was full and leaking and that is why we had the stain on the ceiling. He took a shop vac and vaccummed the water out, blew out the drain line and sat with us to make sure it was fixed. Turns the drain line needed to be replaced. It was late in the day so we turned off the air and he came back the next day and replaced the line. It has been three days now and it is working perfectly. I highly recommend him for all your HVAC problems. He is knowledgeable, honest and personable. He advised us on what kind of replacement system we need and he is the one we are going to hire to do it when we get ready. It is so important to find someone you can trust and he is the one.

Called for a general heating & a/c inspection to check the health of the system. Lucky that I did! Heath found a problem that could have caused a serious fire. He informed me that a flame was blowing of the heat exchanger. Had a new furnace installed and was back up and running in middle of winter. Great price and very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done to keep my family safe for years to come.

Excellent. I had an issue with my AC not working in the middle of the hot summer. Sykes Controls was very responsive and had the issue diagnosed quickly. They were able to fix the same day and my air was back up and running. I haven’t had an issue since. Sykes Controls is priced right - they don’t gouge you or try to up-charge you for unnecessary services. I recommend them over any HVAC contractor out there.

Best I've come across in the business. Heath was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable when answering all of my questions. He also happily worked around my COVID19-based exposure concerns. Most importantly, he did an excellent job at a very fair price. Would highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs.
