It did not go well. The provider did not follow through on certain items that we requested. There were a few changes we wanted to make during the build process and the provider never provided change orders for those. The provider then attempted to 'charge' me for those changes orders one year after we were in the house. The provider charged sodas and candy bars to my account at the builder's supply store. The provider was not punctual and was not organized. Don't waste your time and money on this provider, you will be sorely disappointed.
