We have used them every year since 2000. They are prompt, courteous, come when they say, come on time and call on their way. Since we have had the treatment we have had no problems, they are doing what I need them to do. When we first moved in here the house had problems and bought a foreclosure and no one had lived here for 4 or 5 years and had been neglected. We got several quotes and I found them to be the most reasonable, explained what was going on and was like here are the options and they were most in line with the recommendations I was getting from people who lived in the area. I hired them and have been happy with them ever since. They are very competitive. Any time we have needed them they have been right here.

They came in, did the job, was neat tidy and other then stuff I knew I would find you would never know they were there. Bugs have been gone.

Over and above. I was very pleased with Harvey's approach. After doing some recent home improvements, we began to suspect termites, but had not had an inspection done since we moved into our home 10 years ago (I know, I know . . .). The termite inspection at that time showed "no evidence of infestation," past or present, but within minutes, Harvey was showing me past infestations that had clearly been treated, before we bought the home. So someone fell down on the job at that initial home inspection (I'm looking at you, T------x). Harvey didn't try to sell services that weren't needed, and pointed out other issues around our home that should receive attention and would make us less prone to infestation in the future. Highly recommended, and I will be working with them for annual inspection services as well as treatment if needed.

I was not happy with the work that they did and I would never recommend them to anybody. They were supposed to clean out all the debris in the crawlspace and then lay down plastic cover and install a dehumidifier. They did all that, but they failed to clear the floor and left a lot of sharp rocks that are penetrating the overpriced plastic cover that costs $1600. Furthermore, the cover was supposed to come right up to the wall and in some areas where it's three or four inches from the wall. I could've bought the dehumidifier online for $275 and they charged me $675 for that and all involved was just putting it there, plugging it in, and attaching a drain pipe to it.

They were amazing. It was the first time I ever had to work with an extermination company so I didn't know what to expect but they hit it out of the park on punctuality, responsiveness, professionalism, everything. It was just amazing what they did so I was thrilled.

This was my first experience with an exterminator. VERY IMPRESSIVE. The tech was very knowledgeable, courteous and even called to say he was running just a few minutes behind. He helped me understand exactly what he was doing and why. The work was thorough and worth the price. I look forward to recommending Sawyer to my friends and acquaintances.

Went well and on-time. They were on of three companies recommended by our realtor/buyer's agent and also have a good reputation locally. That is very important in a small town. When I spoke with them on the phone before the inspection, they were already familiar with the property as the sellers also used their services. I will use them again for any pest problems or for periodic inspections.

They were on time when they came out to do the quote and to perform the services. When they quoted us, they described the problem and what caused it and provided recommendations. They gave ideas on how to save on the cost. Their quote was in line with others.

They are local and they are a family company, which I like. There was no sales pressure for the business. They were just over $100 cheaper than the service I had been using. The other company treated my house 4 times a year. Sawyer treated my house once and I didn't have the ant problem that I had been having with the other company. It was a really effective treatment. I will absolutely use them again.

Termite treatment is rather expensive. They do a lot of stuff for this treatment, but overall it was a good experience and I would use them agian in the future.

They are very thorough. We have used them for 5 years. I don't really know about their price because we haven't used anyone else. Their responsiveness is very good.

I would highly recommend their termite service. They do a very good job, they are responsive and they come out pretty quick. They also told me what's going on. I would not recommend the mosquito service that they do, since it was $50 a visit and it didn't do anything for me. It was expensive but didn't really help at all. I'm switching over to a new company this year. I would use them again in the future.

I GAVE THEM A'S ON EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THERE IS NOTHING BAD THAT I COULD SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE BEST EXTERMINATING SERVICE.
