We have a well and the water pressure had been slowly dropping and had reached a critical point. My worst fear was that we'd pay to have a lot of work done and still not find the source of the problem. Don Potts came out first thing in the morning with another plumber, and he was able to talk me through the diagnosis and options. They not only found the problems, but they had them fixed by mid-afternoon, and cleaned up the area.

Called back same day and came next day at the time he said and fixed the heating elements in the electric water heater when he came. Was quick, neat, professional, and reasonable price.

Called before working hours (0800); Don Answered - rearranged schedule to meet my schedule - arrived by 1000 - fixed by 1015. Don't waste your time calling other providers. His quality of service is one of a kind; I can't recommend him highly enough.

Don quickly came to address the problem. He found the problem and made the necessary repairs. He also replaced a kitchen faucet.

He seemed knowledgeable. He went above and beyond.

He did a pretty good job, we had them come back a couple of time. I had to readjust the toilets before they were right, but he was right on time for work.

The serviceman returned my call promptly, he was able to schedule an appointment promptly and the work was done very efficiently. I may have been lucky he could fit my problem into his schedule quickly, but in the future, when a plumbing problem arises, I will use this company.
