Everything went well.

Roofer contracted to replace an existing metal roof on our house with a new, high quality metal roof. Though he assured us that he would supevise the job himself, he subcontracted it to two other roofers who did not know how to install a metal roof on a pitched roof. The subcontractors walked off the job before a heavy ran and failed to secure tarps over the exposed roof, which resulted in extensive water damage to walls, ceilings, and floors. We had to call Disaster One three times to repair the water damage. The two roofers hired to finish the job were equally incompetent and did not know how to install metal roof valleys and trim around dormers, which resulted in extensive further leaks, eighteen in all.   Roofer was not able to find the source of the leaks and fix them, so I had to hire a leak expert to finish the job.   The last leak occurred about a year and a half after the contractor finished the job.
Roofer did not seem to be concerned about the extensive leaks and water damage until we contacted his own insurer.   His crews did not understand how to install metal roofing on a pitched residential roof with valleys and gables.   Our home and furniture suffered extensive water damage from the roof leaks from the improperly installed roof.   Our old roof never leaked.   We were totally dissatisfied with the work done by this roofer and we  lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau..

THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL ME EXACTLY HOW LONG THE JOB WOULD TAKE. THEY STAYED ON TASK AND DID NOT LEAVE A MESS IN MY YARD WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

WE WERE REALLY VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPLETED JOB. WE ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM AND THAT WAS ABOUT THE WOOD UNDER THE ROOF THEY ALMOST FORGOT TO REPLACE. IT WAS OVER ALL A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY HONOR THEIR WORD.
