Merchant's Tire - Burlington

I had called the shop and scheduled an appointment to bring my minivan in for an oil change. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and they immediatley took the van back. I had it back within 40 minutes. They also did an inspection of the brakes and checked the filters. No other services were needed at the time. I was glad to see that they held my appointment time with regard and were prompt with servicing and returning it to me.

This was part of the 100,000 mile tuneup/checkup. They reviewed/tested all systems and called me with the recommend services for approval (with prices) before proceeding. It took a little longer than promised, because when test driving it after the alignment they found it needed further adjustment, which they did. The manager took $30 off the total for the inconvenience.

It's a good place to go. Depending on who you see there on the front desk, you will have your questions answered. If they are busy you won't get a chance to do that. If you have an issue, they will resolve that. I would use them in the future.
