Joel Martinez was referred to us by friends who had used his business to repair a brick patio and they highly recommended him. He returned our call promptly and provided an estimate within a day or two. When he started the work, he found that previously installed bricks had not been installed with a proper base but did not increase his estimate. When we saw the complete removal and re-installation we were absolutely delighted at what a superior job he had done. The quality of work was excellent and he and his brother worked from early until late for several days to ensure minimal inconvenience to the homeowners with being unable to entry through the back door. Very professional job and extremely pleased customers. So much so - we paid him more than his estimate because he ended up having to do more work than anticipated.
