Their sign was in the yard so I informed one worker that the subidvision's bylaws forbid advertising signs. He acknowledged what I hold him and I left. Later, I noticed that the sign was still there so I approached the other man to tell him of the bylaw. He dismissed what I was saying and said something like, "You're just a renter." He doesn't even know me! I am an owner and even if I were a renter, that doesn't mean that he can violate the bylaws. I offered to give him the phone number of the management company. He was very unprofessional and said things like "No one else is complaining" (People are at work) and "Who are you?" When I brought him the phone number of the management company I also brought a copy of the bylaws that prove what I was saying was true but he refused to read it. He asked me why I cared and I said that it's against the bylaws and he asked, "Do you always do what you're supposed to do?" That shows that he believes in violating rules even when it has been pointed out. It also shows that he does not value maintaining the reputation of his company. He never called the management company; instead they called him. He was rude and unprofessional.
