He fixed it real quick. He came in, the vent was broken so I couldn't use it anymore, he swapped it out and I was able to use it before he left.

My only problem with the whole project was Lowe's personnel did not figure in the cost of taking up the carpet in the bathrooms and we had to do that ourselves and that I specifically asked if the tile would go under the vanity and they informed me at the store it would. If I had not taken the vanity up it would not have. The subcontractor was able to use the overage they figured in for waste, which they did not have, and tile the whole floor as I had asked.

LOWES IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. THEY ALWAYS STAND BEHIND THEMSELVES AND THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY SELL. I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED DOING BUSINESS WITH LOWES AND I USE THEM FOR MOST OF MY HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

We only use Lowes and another company for all our remodeling needs. We have used them for several years. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell at Lowes. I would recommend them.

I felt they did a good job. I would of liked them to respond a little quicker to my initial call. This company was quite busy and it was hard to fit me into their schedule. Overall once everything was completed the job done was great.

They were friendly and professional. I use them all the time for random work around the house. I would recommend them to do work for anybody.

We had the bay window replaced with a huge picture window. They were pretty booked up with installation. The wait was worth it though. They did the molding. They were extremely responsive to our requests.

They arrived on time. Lowes did a great job on the install. I did not have any problems with them. I would recommend them to our friends and family.
