After the unit was stalled, the HVAC was running all the time and was not working well.  It would take 1/2 a day to get the AC to even go up/down a few degrees.  This problem went on for 2.5 years.   JB Heating installed 4 thermostats, and tried many different things, and were never able to find out what was causing it. Due to this, I had to hire another company to come in an fix my huge "mess".  JB Heating & Air had installed my brand new system incorrectly, and it has cost me roughly $3,000 in extra energy bills, etc. to cover for it, not to mention the extra $1500 I had to pay to another service provider to fix it.  I have asked for JB Heating to help me out with the extra expenses, and he stated he will not reimburse me at this time.  I would not recommend JB Heating and Air to anyone looking for any type of HVAC work.

I always give them full control over what they think needs to be done.  I have never been oversold or overcharged on any parts or services.  They all have great personalities and are super to deal with.  Additionally, you don't have to worry about them being in the house if your wife or children are at home and you don't have to worry about them stealing change off of your dresser!  They are just plain good people.  Try them and you will not be disappointed.
