They came the day I called for an estimate.  Their estimate was very good  & all details were included on paper. They were very friendly and professional.  They replaced my roof 2 days after my estimate.They also removed debris that was blocking the structure. A big help! I paid 1/2 of the bill at the time of the estimate and the remainder when the work was finished.  They did an excellent job for me.

J & H roofing responded quickly to our request for estimates to repair or replace our roof. After receiving other estimates we choose them.  We decided to replace old shingle roof with metal roofing and are very happy with that decision.  The crew was very professional, friendly and experienced, and supervisors showed up every day to check on progress.  We were told the job would take 2 1/2 to 3 days for removing old roof and installing new one.  Although there was a delay in getting the job started, once the work began it was completed as promised. We received a 10 year warranty on their work as well as a 40 year warranty from metal roofing manufacturer for the painted roofing.  They left our property clean and neat and the roof looks awesome, lots of our neighbors are very impressed with how good the house looks!

Went very well - professional personnel, friendly, cooperative, and very hard working.  Stayed very late and finished job in bad weather.

It was amazing. They did the whole roof in one day. We got quotes from a number of people and their quote was the best one for what we wanted. We haven't had any problems so the quality was good. They were very professional.

They did good work and were punctual. It took two days for them to do the flashing work around the chimney. They were less expensive than other places.

The process went very well. Two gentlemen came out one climbed on the roof and took pictures so I could see what the issues were. We talked through what needed to be done and they worked up a quote that had very sound reason and logic behind it rather than just throwing a number and seeing if it stuck. It took a couple extra days after I called to tell them they had the job to get back to me, and the work started a day later than expected, but was done much sooner than expected as well. Only took about an hour to get all the replacements done. Called back 2/3 weeks later to make sure I was still happy with the work. Even came out again just to check on the work and see if there was anything else they could do to help.

Terry called within 2 days to say the estimate was ready. I asked him to please fax it to me, which he did. This company was the lowest bidder and my husband and I decided we wanted them to do the roof. We signed the estimate and mailed it to the company. I attached a note asking him to call, as we did not know what color of roof we wanted. Terry called and set up an appointment to come to our house on a Saturday. He was an hour late, but he called to tell us he was on his way. He brought samples and made suggestions. We chose a color and he said his crew would be available in about a week and a half. First the shingles, etc. would be delivered and the crew would come in the next 2 or 3 days. The shingles arrived on a Thursday and the crew arrived on Friday. They were able to complete a portion of the work (the crew is 6 or 7 men) so they came back on Saturday. Two men did not show up so the roof was not completed on Saturday. They asked if they could come back on Sunday. I said "yes" and they completed the roof on Sunday afternoon. Terry came by both Saturday and Sunday to check on the crew. The roof, which now has 30 year shingles, looks so much better. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. They cleaned the gutters and tried their best to pick up all the nails.
