I contacted i(was)Cracked of the Triad through their Facebook page and an appointment was set for later that day.
Frank was already at the designated meeting place when I arrived. He had his tools and the replacement parts out and ready to install.
The whole process was fascinating to watch and took only a few minutes. He then checked that everything worked correctly, installed a screen protector and I was on my way.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs their phones or tablets repaired.
