Honest Tree Service

Horrible experience. I have never had a worse service come to my house and I have owned 4 housed in the last 20 years. And 2 of them were built from scratch so I have work with a lot of contractors over the years.

Did exactly what they said they would do. One employee went extra effort and filled in where the stumps were ground in the back yard then owner and others stepped in to help so we didn't have to do it ourselves. A big help when you are in your 60's and not suppose to do heavy work.
We had contacted another service but the did not show up when said they would but did call the next day and had an emergency. So we had no actual price comparison.
We had Honest Tree do work for us many years ago and another family member had them do work also with no complaints.

They did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others.

I'm sure that they know how to take down trees. I don't think that they know much about the trees as some other services do. Their price was probably the highest of everybody. They only estimated the huge tree at being 75 years old and that kind of stopped me as there was no way that tree is 75. They really recommended that I don't take it down at all. I think that may be why their price was higher because they think it should come down. They said we can limit up and make it look pretty. I thought we can either limit up or make it look pretty. I don't like ugly trees around my house, something that's been tacked on and left there. I feel like it kind of gave a lesson to me as they were willing to take it down; but they were not happy about it. They gave me several estimates as well. They were accurate as far as I think how long the job is going to take as well. I think it would have been a safe job. I wasn't afraid that my house was torn up in the process. Their price was too high. I don't know that they were as knowledgeable as some other people. They were knowledgeable enough to get it down; but not to care for it possibly.

They were very responsive and showed up promptly. They did a good job cleaning out the gutters. I did feel that the price was a bit steep ($150 for our modest-sized one-story house), but I have not had this done professionally before so perhaps this is typical. I will, however, be a little more persuasive with my husband in the future so he will get up on the roof and do it himself. :) They also gave us an estimate on some tree work we are considering (trimming back a giant oak tree and removing some smaller trees that are very close to the house). The estimate seemed very reasonable. They have also done some tree work for my next-door neighbor and she was very happy with their work.

Very, very well. The total job from my telephone call to completion was no more than 4 hrs. total. The Honest Tree Service team worked until the job was done and done right.

HONEST TREE SERVICE SEEMS LIKE THEY ENJOY DOING THEIR JOBS. THEY GET RID OF EVERY LITTLE STICK AND LEAF. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS GOOD, AND THEY ENDED UP CHARGING FIFTY DOLLARS LESS THAN WHAT THEY SAID.

THESE GUYS WERE GREAT, AND THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING. THERE WAS ONE TREE THAT WAS READY TO FALL ON OUR NEIGHBOR'S BOAT, AND HE COULDN'T MOVE IT BECAUSE THE TRAILER TIRES WERE FLAT. THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET A LEAF FALL ON IT.
