It went well, the inspector was upfront and explained all the results that he found when we had our house inspected prior to purchasing the home. We were lucky, and no pests were found. He did find an area of old, suspicious activity (but no longer active), and we would definitely use his services if it turned out that we had pests in the future. The nice part is that inspector let us do deferred billing at closing, so we paid his fees when we paid our closing costs for the house.

As a Realtor, I get to choose services such as pest control frequently. Jeff Hodge came recommended to me by my seller client, who had had work done on his other house. We gave his office a call and got friendly service right from the start. Jeff showed up on-time and also re-inspected the damage that was previously found by another inspector. He treated the whole house for a fraction of the cost of some of the other pest control services.

The July event went fine. I wasn't home so don't know exactly what was done. There was a note left that he was pretty sure it was carpenter ants, had treated the area, and I was to call them if the sawdust reappeared.
The first time they treated the house for powderpost beetles, 4 years ago, the beetles were not all eliminated. They promptly returned and treated again, then came back out a month later to reinspect to be sure they had got them all.
They call me every fall to schedule the inspection. The front office person is very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't always come when they say they will, but call and let me know and promptly reschedule.

They certainly take special care to give the extra sprays. They are proactive and call me when its time for someone to come out. They are very friendly. I would recommend them. They are very reasonably priced compared with the others. They were very punctual.
