Roofing
As the project was tied into the closing of the house, timing was important. Victor quoted me a 1 week turn around (including clean up). Project took 2.5 weeks. Roofing plastic, shingles and nails were left all over the yard when project was completed. Found a leak 3 months later and still have been unsuccessful in getting Victor to return to fix it. 5 months later, I've hired another company to come and fix the leak. While they inspected the roof, it was discovered, that Vent Covers and Pipe Boots were re-used rather than replaced. My quote from Victor specifically has a line item for new "Pipe Boots on Roof". I've issued a complaint with the BBB and called several times to Victor with no response. What good is a warranty if it is not honored?

THEY ARE THE BEST THAT THERE IS OUT THERE AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD THEY WOULD GET DOWN AND WHAT THE BEST PRICE WOULD BE FOR ME.
