He's just awesome. He did a fantastic job. The doors that he built for us were very nice and very detailed and did the built-ins just based on a sketch that my husband had, the dimensions, and came in and measured everything, made a smart measurements, went home, built it, came back and installed it and it looks great.

He was very prompt and courteous and nicely finished the repairs by caulking everything

Mr. Pennington is the greatest! I called him, we agreed on a date and time; he was early. He offered suggestions and told me exactly what could and could not be done with the available space. He also gave me ideas as to who to safely access the loft with a rolling ladder. He took the time from his evening to walk with me to a neighbor who had a loft installed. He e-mailed an estimate in very short turn-around time. I called him and said let's move forward. He explained that he had two jobs in progress and an annual commitment with his church to build homes for the less fortunate out-of-state. We worked our schedules and the work was completed on June 14, 2011. Now, on to the GOOD part. Gary Pennington is amazing! He (and his father who's his "Right hand man") did a superb job! The workmanship and structual integrity of my loft far surpassed my expectations. I'm sure my neighbors will want to speak with him real soon when they see the job he did. In addition, he swept the area clean. Gary is a jewel and this area is blessed to have his services! I already have other projects that only Gary Pennington will be called on to complete.

Gary is a craftman....period. He knows no other way than the right way and will advise you in your choices. Diligent, on time, honest, and very reasonably priced. He's the man for the job if you can get him.

Gary and his father are very professional, when the garage door made it so he needed to redo one of the cabinets he did so readily and was very punctual when he said he would be there, he was.

Gary came out and looked over the work to be done and came back with a quote in a couple of days. He did mention that he had some other work that was in front of mine and that it would be a week before he could start, which it was. The work was done in a very profesional manner and for the agreed apon amount.

Excellent. Gary has done multiple projects for use in the past, installing all of our crown molding, repairing drywall, and mounting cabinets. Gary is a perfectionist and frequently came back to follow-up to address any minro defect caused by settling etc.

Gary is very professional and does great work. He installed a set of cherry cabinets and bookcases that were relocated from our previous home. As part of the project he needed to build a new countertop and stain some previously unfinished ends on the cabinets. Everything matched really well! Gary also built a natural maple bookcase/hutch to give us more storage space in our kitchen. We ordered doors and crown to match the existing cabinets. After completion the new cabinets match perfectly!

Gary came within two days of contacting him, His bid was considerably less than his competitors'. He stated when he would be able to begin the work and began on the agreed day. The jobs went rapidly and were completed in a timely manner.

THIS MAN IS EXTREMELY HONEST AND VERY PARTICULAR IN HIS WORK. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST. HE CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE IS VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
