Upfront, Leonard sure is a nice guy. Promptly gave a price (not the cheapest but in line with most) and committed to a reasonable timeframe for accomplishing the work. I also appreciated he was local as I desired to support our community. Unfortunately, it has been two years since the roof was installed and it has leaked since the beginning. Leonard has gone unresponsive to assisting in the resolution of many leaks. Our home continues to be damaged by the lack of quality workmanship by his crew with no resolution in sight. Roofer after roofer has been out to look at the job and just leave wondering what kind of outfit did the work. It is clear that we were taken, left with a roof that is "mostly good", and a roof with a voided warranty based upon installation. We now are forced to replace a two year old roof and surprise, surprise, Leonard remains MIA. Run run away.
Description of Work: New metal roof to replace an existing 75 year old roof.
