Jimmy and his team did and outstanding service!  Due to unexpected events, my parents needed the TV and cabinet installed on short notice.  I contacted Jimmy and discussed the situation, reviewed the scope of work and within 6 hours of initially contacting him my parents were enjoying their new TV.  I cannot complement Jimmy enough regarding his professionalism and his willingness to help on such a short notice.  His team was prompt, professional and knowledgeable!  In addition, they cleaned the work area and took time to explain to my parents how to operate the new system and ensured all components were working.
In summary, this is the type of customer experience that you only dream about.  For anyone reading this review please take the time to contact Jimmy concerning any audio or video services.  I highly recommend him and his team!

On Saturday October 3rd, I received a phone call from Best Buy telling me that the installer was "sick" and asked.. after already waiting for two weeks, if I could wait another week. While I could rant for a LONG time about how BEST BUY is the worst place ever, like why they would only have one installer, I will focus on how GREAT Jimmy from Elite Audio treated me. I called him that Saturday morning and he immediately came over to give me an estimate. He also explained to me that the folks at BEST BUY would have been in way over their heads given that they never even came over to see the job before quoting me a price. Nevertheless, he apologized but said he simply did not have time to do it that day. He could sense my disappointment (not with him of course) and he later called me to tell me he could do it the next day. Sunday? WOW imagine that.. He and his crew came over EXACTLY at 11 am and I was watching the 2nd half of the NFL games in 100% surround sound. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and it was CLEAR that he knew what he was doing... even giving advice on how I could get an even better picture. If you have audio jobs, JIMMY is your man!
