Todd gave me great information on the phone when I called initially including the pricing of the windshields. After I accepted his offer, he scheduled the work around MY schedule and came the very next week. He arrived right on time, he even called when he was on his way to make sure it was still convenient. He replaced both windshields, left NO trash, did a PERFECT job and took time to explain what I should do until the glue had set completely.
Todd was VERY courteous, and VERY professional both on the phone and in person. He did an AMAZING job in a very timely manner! I am MOST impressed and am giving him my highest recommendation!

By the time I got through the police reports and initial shock of being robbed I was really upset. The insurance company was a diaster and the first two glass replacement companies said they could fix the window then cancelled on me. I was out of town on vacation and I was nearly hysterical by day two when the insurance company called him after I opted to just drive home with the window out and get it fixed at home. He went above and beyond from the first contact through my insurance company (who were really jerking me around) to calm me down and assure me he would get the window fixed. He was so kind and understanding about the whole ordeal, I am really grateful to have found this company when I really needed help. He did a great job, I just can't say enough about how nice he was. I highly recommend this company!!
