I bought the new van from them. After the salesman told me that my warranty covered my van from and quot;bumper to bumperand quot;, I signed the papers to buy it and I was paying cash, their finance person took me into a closed room and tried to sell me an extended service contract for over $3000. I declined and then he went down on the price. I declined again and he went down some more. I told him what the salesman had said and he denied that I had and quot;bumper to bumperand quot; coverage and said he would have to speak to the salesman. I was isolated because he had brought me into a closed room away from my friend. Anyway, I never bought any of the extended service plan. That would have been a waste of money because it has now been 8 years and I have not have to spent anywhere near $3,000 on the van for repairs.
After I got home, I noticed that the floor mats were not new. They gave me used mats in a new van! I called Cox and told them that I should have new mats for my new van. They said that I didn't pay for new mats and I would not get them unless I paid for them.
Luckily, I kept the sticker that was on the van's window when I bought it. It clearly stated that new floor mats were included in the accessories for the van. I took the sticker and went to the dealer and asked for new mats. They had to order new mats and I waited a while to get them. He was not very nice about it to me.
I decided that this dealer was not going to treat a single woman with respect and asked Toyota to transfer my warranty over to another dealer because I did not want to deal with Cox every again.
I thought that Cox Toyota was not reputable after they tried to give me used mats and an extended service plan by isolating me in a room without the friend I had brought with me and pressure me into buying an extended service plan. I would not trust Cox Toyota ever. They will say whatever they can to sell you anything.

Always very courteous and thorough. Service manager is wonderful, both as a person and professionally. They treat you like family, and the waiting area is very comfortable, with a DVD area separate from the main waiting room.

Mice nests found on the cabin filter! Three nests were found in the trunk, made up of material from other areas of the car! I also have a Chevrolet and Ford vehicle and each of these have a screen on their fresh air intake! I am very dissatisfied with the sevice and the car, that, I would not recommend this type of vehicle to anyone!!!!!! Cox Toyota was very rude to me yesterday and did not even try to help me at all!!!! If you don't mind Rats then this is the car for you!!!!!

The service here has been excellent. Everyone that works there is very professional and also personable. They don't just treat you as another number, they actually treat you as a valued customer. Every time I have gone there they have done exactly what they said they would within the timeframe given as well. They are very trustworthy which is hard to find. I would recommend them to anyone.

We like this Toyota dealership. My husband was satisfied with the sales tactics at this dealership, so I can honestly say we have a pretty positive attitude towards them. The prices are good and the selection is good and we felt like we got a good deal.
