COX TOYOTA

They’re price is always better than most other Toyota dealerships. The price in Danville and other places like that they charge higher than what they charge. The one in Burlington is lower priced. Each dealership charges different prices. I will always use them.

It was my annual inspection. They found a bunch of things that really needed attention on my car. We went ahead and had those taken care of.

It wasn't that great. Its an dealership, that's why I take it there. They took me in as soon as I got there. It was good experience. They did what I needed,and looked over the vehicle, and explained things to look for in the future.

Everything turned out terrifically. Nate was as good as they come, he's very knowledgeable and skilled.

I was backed into by a Toyota truck, wrecking the front of
my car. His insurance company was able to work it out that Cox Toyota in Burlington be the repair shop.
Cox worked in coordination with another repair shop in Burlington.
I had only to show up at Cox on the designated date and pick up my car.
The brakes on my car seemed to be too light, too loose. They said it might
be just because I had been driving with the tight brakes on the rental car for
a week.
In spite of the fact that there was no reason for there to
be a difference on my car’s breaks, they did a brake tightened
up the brakes so that I would feel more comfortable driving home to Chapel
Hill.

We are always treated courteously and efficiently. They are professionals at every customer contact point from the phone inquiry to the payment for service. They have a great waiting room with plenty of seating so the customer who is waiting for the service to be completed has a choice of seats and everything is very clean. Sometimes they even have popcorn.!

They are very professional, clean, and provide a decent service. They also offer free car wash, free Wi-Fi, and transportation service.

My experience overall with Toyota went very well.

Cox Toyota were very nice, they got the car back in a timely manner, and the work appears to be done correctly. The price was reasonable.
