Jolene and I talked by phone and scheduled time to bring chairs to her shop. I am disabled and no longer drive so my husband and daughter took and picked up chairs for me. I couldn't always get my chairs to her the first time I said I would, but I called her to let her know, and she had no problem working with me. She was always very friendly and professional. I love the job she did on my chairs and will definitely use her services again for any furniture repairs or refinishing I may need.
