Matt was wonderful to work with! I'd been in email contact with him since July, and he was always patient with all my questions and indecision. He was never pushy! Once I'd (finally!) decided to move ahead with the work, he was incredibly responsive. Upon my request, he provided a preview of my contract, photos of work he'd completed, and names and phone numbers for references.
He arrived for the work on-time and ready to go. But he also took the time to walk around the house with me, listening to my points of concern and answering every last one of my questions. He was clearly well-versed in his business and even gave me warnings about being careful not to track cleaners into the house. He was responsive whenever I came outside to check on his progress, and was pleased to pause and show me the difference his cleaning was making. He never made me feel like I was interrupting him or in his way (which I surely was!).
The work took a little longer than expected, but not by much, and I'm certain that was due to his being thorough. The effect of his cleaning is clearly evident and assures me it was money well spent. I am very pleased!

The cleaner was on time, reasonably priced and helpful. I don't have any complaints. He did what he was supposed to do and he was good.
