We have several units in our house. We have used them over and over for years. They are probably on the high price, but they sell the most expensive brands. 

We have had good experiences with them and have used them over a 30 year period.

Called Chisholm due to the heat not working at my house.  An appointment was scheduled and they arrived earlier than the appointment time.  Technician ( I think his name was Trevor) checked the gas pack and discovered that a motor was not working.  He was able to locate a part the same day and installed it too.  He also noticed some issues with our duct work downstairs and repaired that too.  He was very professional and polite.  Will definitely consider them for any other HVAC services we need.

Joey Fraizer was quick to contact me after I emailed him and came out the next day to look the job over. He emailed a quote to me in a couple of days and I was pleasantly surprised by his price. I got a much better unit than was quote by another contractor for a little less money. They came the next week and installed the new unit. Everything went as expected. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They completed the install in one day. I am very happy with our near HVAC unit

Have always used Chisholm for annual contracts on A/C and heat, past 2 homes.  Our 19yr A/C finally went and the furnace needed to be moved to be up to code.  Installed new Trane A/C and Furnace.   Lots of work under that house!!  .  Crew is professional, hard working, and knows their business.  Would not hesitate to recommend at any time.  As far as normal service, have always had that day response to any problem.  Our upstairs unit will need replacement I'm sure in the future due to age, and we will again look to Chisholm to handle.
Whether you work with the office, service office, or staff that comes to the house, this company is totally represented by courteous, professional people.  In 13 years I have been with them, I have had no complaints with any of my business dealings.

Guys were great! Right on time, informative, and thorough, completing the job on schedule after a long day's work. New unit is a joy.

They were very professional and prompt. I've done business with them for maybe 15 years. I have a service contract with them for twice annual service/maintenance to keep all three of my heat pumps in the best possible condition. I've seen online that some review of this company said they're high priced. I think it's worth it.

This is a great company to do business with, They were very persistent in getting the equipment as stated, the installation was very professional, and clean. They were careful around the yard not to destroy or damage plants or even the grass where they were working and kept me updated through out the day on their progress. These guys really worked hard and knew what they were doing as professionals should. The entire job is not finished because of a couple of the parts had to be ordered, however I do expect this to go just as smooth and the initial installation job. I will strongly recommend this company.

The young man who did the work was very sloppy. He left a mess throughout my home. He didn't clean up because he only had a small time frame to do the work given to him in order to get the job done. The salesman seemed to be breathing down his neck wanting him to hurry and get the job finished. I held out in paying them until they completed the job. The put the heating system in my crawl space under my home, they had to make the entrance much larger to get their system down there. The frame that they made to fix the hole was very sloppy. I made the owner come and visit me and look at what they had done. He didn't put air vents in my bathroom for the longest time. They wanted me to send a check, without them actually finishing. There is obviously a lack of communication with this company between the salesman and the workers. They also left the trap door that they had to replace at my home for me to dispose of. The places that they put the air vents are in the most inconspicuous places. I have to keep the doors closed for air to circulate properly. Also, in one of my bathrooms, they put the vent tucked into the space where my old radiator was, to which I had to have to owner come back out to fix. I also had cigarette butts scattered throughout my entire home, which is infuriating. They also left a mess on the outside of my home. I had a lot of things to clean up both inside and outside of my home when they left.

I liked their promptness on a hot day. They fixed the service temporarily until parts could be ordered. Once they received the parts, they came back to do a permanent fix.

I have this company come twice a year to service my furnace and air conditioning unit. I have had one bad experience with them. This employee no longer works for them. I believe them to be reasonably priced.
