He has not finished the contract that began in Octobe,r 2011. He has installed kitchen cabinets on one side of my kitchen, including the hardware. Also, installed a kitchen island, but it is not complete. The electrical work in this area is not complete yet. He came back about two months ago and installed two kitchen cabinets, but the doors, shelves, and hardware have not been put in half the cabinets. These are cabinets from the floor to the ceiling. Basically, only the framework is set up and I cannot use the cabinets. The electrical work in the island needs to be complete, molding needs to be finished, and other jobs like this have not been completed.
