"We cleaned for this lady for several months. When we would arrive to the house at the appointed time she would not be home and would arrive several minutes later. She had to go get her coffee. She thought we were wonderful and told us so. We had to move her pets steps going up to her bed to clean under and around the steps. We took before and after pictures and I have them. One of the things she complain about was we could not get the tray in her fridge clean. It was hard water spots and it was beyond cleaning. I have 75 clients we clean for and love us. I hate that this client was dissatisfy with our service but she did not have to lie about it."
I said nothing...these folks took care but knew what needed attention and I must add, things I hadn't thought of.
They did all door and floor trim, thoroughly. Removed pictures and dusted even backs. They knew to be careful and as a crew they worked as a team beautifully. My oven hasn't looked so good in some time! Top of fridge...I mean everywhere and I didn't say a word. I cannot say enough how good they were. I am fairly new to Angies list but have used several vendors now....I don't know how this crew is being overlooked!
