They were very good of adjusting warranty information before they do repair. They are very conscientious about calling to discuss repaired needed and approximate cost before they proceed. My air condition was not working and they were having a hard time getting to do what they said they were doing. But they finally see and figure out what it was. They went look and found out it was actually covered under such full of bounty. They called back and said this is what it is and offered to do at the end of the warranty, so they charged.

I called for service and was quoted $480. I had received a 10% discount in the mail a week earlier. Upon arrival I was told the repair charge was $495. When I presented the 10% coupon I was told that the $495 charge already included the 10% discount. After arguing about the discount and the lower quote, they reluctantly agreed to do the work for $432.
I later learned from another Honda repair service that the total charge should have been $241 for the exact same services. I feel that I was overcharged by $194 and hassled in the process. I will never do business with them again.

Burlington Honda is always nice and respectful and I have used their auto service for about 7 years now.

I really like the professionalism and the quality of their service department. I've been going there for 10 years now I've got nothing bad to say about them at all. I like the way that they can work me in and they're willing to work with special situations. My husband is a very tall person and he has customized the door panel there for his knees because he can't quite fit in to a regular car and they are able to work around what he has done.

We have bought five cars from Burlington Honda over the last 20 years.

I did not spend anything with them because I was looking at a new car. I did not buy the car there because I got a better price elsewhere. I would possibly use them again if I needed to.

Their prices are fair. In the past, they have driven me to and from work.

The experience was just fine. They are cordial and convenient. They do what they say they are going to do and call us when it is ready. The last visit didn’t cost us anything.

They serviced my vehicle even if I didn't have an appointment. The service personnel were very accommodating. They answered all my questions. It didn't even take that long to wait for the car. However, I missed my old Birchwood Honda in Canada because over there I get a free car wash every time I avail of their services. I wish they would adapt this added service to their valued customers.
