3 of the 8 trees planted died within 4 months of planting. I wasn't offered or notified of the option of a guarantee. It was the first time I had landscaping done in NC - being from MI where tree planting was always guaranteed for a year, I didn't know to ask. I called the business owner who planned to come back to see the issue, but he never showed. I wasn't looking for full credit on the trees, just to work with me on a fix for the problem. He never returned my additional calls. I would never use or recommend him based on his poor service.
