Bradsher & Son Septic Tank Cleaning Service

I had an excellent experience with the septic service. Everything was very good with them.

It was good. He's a nice guy, and he arrives quickly.

• THE GOOD: They were willing to come out right away. They put all the soil back the way it was. Fair price. Friendly and talkative. Seemed very knowledgeable.

THE BAD: They came early, which wouldn't have been a problem if they had called first, as they said they would. I work nights and wasn't dressed yet and had just made something to eat. (i like my food hot) Also when I called a woman just said hello?,... (his wife) I had to ask if it was the business. I personnally prefer it when some says, "Hello , Businesss X, this is X, How may I help you?" (I hate the awkward moment when your not sure if you called the wrong number.)
~Really the issues were small.

They respond to phone calls. They come out on time. They are the most honest business people I have come across in this business or any other business. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I have found other septic tank businesses fail to pump the septic tank out completely when I checked out the system later. But Bradsher and Son are cheaper than anyone else and they do the job. I would recommend them to anyone. I am not related to them in any way and only have a business relationship with them.
They are the most honest septic business anywhere around. You cannot go wrong with them.
