The experience was exemplary. It was excellent. Their sales staff is very responsive. I've been in there since then to look at a couple of pieces of furniture. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very good with customer service with ordering or showing me options. They are a local company and family owned. When I ordered the recliner the leather was very light and it was hard to tell the color from the swatch. They immediately said they would put it on the floor and sell it. They ordered another recliner in a color that I wanted and it came in pretty quickly. They delivered it. Everything was great in the process of ordering and delivering.
