We called and made an appointment for Brandon to come take a look. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, then returned to install and check the functioning. This is the second time Brandon has been to our home to work on the stove - the 1st 2 occasions, it was under warranty and the burners were not working properly. The installer had not set it up correctly; Brandon had to make a number of adjustments. He returned several times, some of them without charge, until it was working as well as it can work. Brandon displayed such expertise, knowledge, courtesy and professionalism at that time, that we made sure to keep his contact information and when we had another issue, we called him right away. We highly recommend The Appliance Doctor.

Very easy to work with. They were right on time and figured out the problem within 30 minutes. Left to get the replacement part and came back the same afternoon to install it. Overall friendly and knowledgeable.

Serviceman called and was in area and requested permission to come sooner than agreed time; no problem. He was prompt, courteous, and competent!! Ran machine thru diagnostics, verified not disposal, etc before finally having to pull machine out. Problem was disconnected (loose wire). When he put machine back into place, he 'was concerned it should be placed better than installer did (now that's attention to the littlest detail!) While product was still under warranty, there is no charge but I am sure they are very reasonable. They repair all appliances, (kitchen, heater, A/C, etc) and will show up just about day or night. Now that I have their card, they will be my Go-To repair company. Couldn't be more pleased with phone service and repair service this particular Appliance Doctor offers. I've had my fill of chasing down the repair man, playing telephone tag, etc, and that is NOT how THIS company handles their customers. Recommend highly.

THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT SEEMED EXPENSIVE, BUT I DID NOT COMPARE THEIR PRICE TO ANYONE ELSE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE DRYER SINCE.
