The Appliance Doctor was gracious enough to respond to my questions and provide suggestions for getting my new washer to work.  The suggestions were very helpful and appreciated. Though there was no service provided, I will definitely contact him if any such service is needed in the future.

They were very helpful. Responded to emergency right away, the next day which was New Years Eve. There replacement cost for kitchen faucet was too high but he stopped a leak under the sink and restored water to sink. This was a $20 special and well worth it! I would use them again though they are based near Lexington.

Very easy to work with. They were right on time and figured out the problem within 30 minutes. Left to get the replacement part and came back the same afternoon to install it. Overall friendly and knowledgeable.

It went as well as it could have gone.  I called several places around my area and none would work on a Samsung, apparently they are difficult?..I had left him a message and within the hour my call was returned and he was able to come out that day to help. It was a great experience.  The gentleman was very professional and nice and knew exactly what was wrong, what part he needed, called to ensure...
