It's about time I wrote a review - we have been using ABC Angels Cleaning Service for about 2 years now, maybe longer, after getting fed up with poor service from another agency. Angels does an excellent job and Laura stays in touch every month by text to confirm when they will be coming. They are entirely trustworthy - one time one of the crew accidentally broke an item and I received a text and an apology with offers to pay for it (which we declined to accept). Every month I come home from work to a clean fresh home - they do a great job with the bathrooms, including glass shower doors; dusting/vacuuming/floors/kitchen etc. Angels provides exactly what we want in a cleaning service, with a personal touch. We are so glad we found Angels and plan to continue using their service.

They've been excellent.Their prices are excellent. They're effective. They come in and clean and they're honest. They just get everything done in a short amount of time, because they have several people. I would use them again, and I have I think, twice. They had a special for $100 for 6 hours. I think they were late, but they called to tell me they were late. They are very responsible. I think I've used them before.

I had service with them. I’ve used them twice. There was only one problem I had with them. The problem with them was with the communication. Not being able to call and confirm it, that was a big hassle both times. They did get here on time, but trying to communicate with them and trying to confirm it, was like trying to do Chinese arithmetic. You can not get through to that organization.  That was both times. I had to call back to your (AL) customer service to get in touch with them and get them to respond back to me to confirm.  No one would answer the phone. That was the problem. One time I had to cancel them, to get them to call me back. That’s how difficult it was. They were professional. I’m debating on if I’m going to use them again. When they first came the first time they did everything I asked them to, they even did a little extra. There was 3 of them so, I gave each of them $20 a piece extra – that was an extra $60 right there, because it was only $79. I appreciated it. The 2nd time they came – I had asked them if she’d mind wiping this one side of my ice box on the inside, I had spilled something in there. There are 2 shelves in there, I asked her if she could wipe them down. She said no, you would have to call first. So, I called from my cell phone, while she was standing right there. She answered the phone, so I asked her, would you mind wiping the shelves in the icebox.  She wouldn’t do it. So I didn’t give them any tip that time. They could’ve easily made another $60 like they did, but they said no.  What’s wrong with wiping down 2 shelves? Last time I gave y’all an extra $60, went out of my way. This time I guess she thought I was being funny, because I called her (she said I had to call first) so I called her right then and there and asked her telephonically. I did what she asked me to do. Then she decided not to do it, so I didn’t give her no tip. They lost out on $60 because of 2 shelves. If I was so nice to you, that I gave you almost what your agency paid you and you can’t even do 2 shelves the second time? Something is wrong with that.  I probably would use them again, but this time, I want to let them know how they messed up.  It mainly was the wife. I think the husband helps out, but it was mainly the wife that was in charge. Maybe she just didn’t understand our culture or the customs here or whatever, I don’t know.

I selected the dates on Angie's list for 10days after purchasing the deal. 10 days went by and nobody ever contacted me to schedule service. I called and left messages with no return call. I than texted. After much back and forth they refused to provide the service because I had used them one time two years ago and they said I should have gone directly through them because Angie's list takes too much of the money, that they only get paid $65 of the $99 and that they are no longer honoring the Angie's list deal. Nowhere on the list of Angie's list deal exemptions does it say this deal can only be purchased once. See attached deal rules photo. When I informed them of this and asked for them to schedule me they responded: Actually, that's why I am no longer with them. As far as your refund, you didn't buy it through us so you'll have to take care of that with them. Like I said, I will call them and let them know about this situation. It took Angie's list 9 days to refund my money. This provider is not honoring services purchased and you shouldn't use them.

Very well, they did a good job

The cleaning went very well. Arrived on time and went right to work. Did not stop until house was spic and span. Very professional. Have used several times.

I have to provide a "D" rating for a few reasons: - The ladies were 30mins late, without calling to notify that they were lost - They were scheduled for 1.5hrs; I returned to my home with 30mins left on the clock and they were in their car getting ready to leave - I had to ask them to finish the stairs (they swept but did not catch the dust bunnies on the edges) - They did not clean the 1/2 bath on the first floor (at least not the toilet) - They did not wipe down the window sills - They swept, not mopped the tile floors Unfortunately, this was only worth approx. half the money spent.

It went well, the crew came in we looked at the house together and they did their cleaning magic while I took the dog for a walk. We reviewed the finished job together and I was very pleased. I've asked for an estimate for the to do regular general cleaning for me.

The crew was fast and efficient. The house was cleaned top to bottom in two hours. The crew was so kind.

It went well.

Everything went beautifully......when they arrive they go to work immediately. They don't stop until your house is spic and span. They don't miss anything. Everything was polished to perfection. I will definitely use again.

Great a group of 3 came in and did an excellent job. I really prefer the more people as opposed to one person for 6 hours. They have more energy and more attention to detail.

They came on time and were polite. After the two hours Laura took me quickly through the house. It seemed OK, at least presentable. But on further inspection, they had not provided the deep cleaning advertised. (I have had an excellent deep clean thru your list, La Cenicienta, to which I compare). The refrigerator and oven had not been cleaned. When I opened cabinets in the kitchen, it was clear that they had not been cleaned. I moved a box in the kitchen, and there was a lot of dirt on the floor underneath. And the floors in general needed more work, and the place did not look as polished over all as it should. I am getting ready for a closing today at 5pm, and I wanted to turn the house over in great shape. I called and emailed so they would have a chance to finish the job, but no reply. So I have hired someone to finish the job. I should not have to do this, and feel a REFUND IS IN ORDER. I will write a review to your site. This is the second unfortunate experience i have had with your cleaners--I will write an review for the other one too.

They never contacted me although I paid for it in advance via credit card. I did get a credit refund, but I would never try to use that company again.

ABC Angels Cleaning was spot-on! My house looked so nice and clean! Also, I was very impressed because they took the time to clean everything in site! ABC Angel Cleaning - Burlington was professional, friendly, punctual and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them!

It DID NOT HAPPEN. The owner would not call me back. VERY UPSETTING. Second time I've paid for something on Angie's List and did not get the service. Will not use again!
