RESIDENTIAL UPGRADES

We recommend Residential Upgrades, without hesitation. Currently contacting Chip for another job.

They are very good. They were out about a week before to do some handyman work. They also do electrical and plumbing. I needed them for more basic stuff but they do quite a variety of things. The last time I used them I spent about $32 but the week prior to that was a couple of hundreds, $200 or something but they charge for their time but they are extremely efficient.

Residential Upgrades (Chip) was recommended to me by a friend, who was recommended to her by her realtor. I called Chip to tell him what I wanted to do and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to his price when he came in to perform the work. He showed up on time, was very nice, and explained exactly what he was going to do. After he re-attached the door frame, he even went so far as to re-paint the trim since it was scuffed (not from him but from several years of laundry basket bumps), and he did not charge any extra for doing so. The door looks great and I could not have been happier with his service. Since then, I have called him for estimates on other jobs - he comes by the house free of charge, gives advise on how something should be handled, and is very reasonable in his pricing. Very good quality work.

They're extremely professional, courteous, and always on time. I've used them several times, and will continue to call them whenever I need something done.

Mr. Forsythe was punctual both times. We found Mr. Forsythe to be proficient, professional, and polite. He and his assistant came in and started the work and continued non-stop from 9AM until 2PM. I was very impressed in the clean up after the work showing respect to my home. We have already contracted Chip Forshythe for future jobs installing lighting in kitchen and upgrading our closets. My husband and I recommend Chip Forsythe 100% to anyone who needs small and big jobs in their homes. Execellent work, knowledgeable in his craft, and respectful of the homeowner. I can't find enough accolades to descripe Chip Fosythe!
