 + -1 moreWithin a day of my initial call, the company was able to visit the property in a pretty remote neighborhood. They investigated the well system to find out why the water was rusty and smelly. They determined that a part of the water treatment system, the bladder tank, needed to be replaced. The next day, after I talked this over with my husband, I OK'd the replacement of the bladder tank, and they were able to get out and do it that same day. They recommended that we get a plumber to replace the anode rod in the water heater, because it isn't working right to remove rust and smell. (I wish they could handle that, too!) I am going to wait and recover a bit financially before getting a plumber to go out to deal with the anode rod. The water heater has only been there for a few months because we just replaced it.
Description of Work: Examined the well water system at rental property (mobile home) and made adjustments in settings at the well to improve quality of water supply, and determined that the system needed a new bladder tank. Replaced the bladder tank and recommended that we get new anode rod for water heater.

Description of Work: My water-to-air heat pump HVAC wasn't working properly. It was cutting off several times a day. The HVAC company I used had recently checked my system and reported it was working fine, so I assumed the well pump must be at fault; however, Chris Deal from Cape Fear Drilling found the pump was not the problem and recommended a geothermal specialist to reinspect my HVAC. My impression is that he is very open and honest, knowledgeable about geothermal systems and very good at explaining it.

 + -1 moreOverall the experience was outstanding and the employees were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Cape Fear Drilling Services.
Description of Work: My irrigation system was inoperable and Cape Fear Drilling Services responded immediately, diagnosed the problem which was related to the well pump and replaced in the same day. The service was outstanding and timely as I am having landscape work done and it was imperative that I have the system operating to insure zone coverage of the new plantings.
