Alternative Computer Service is a home based computer repair business located in Bunn, NC. Normal business hours are from 9 to 5 M - S, but I am flexible with those hours if you need to drop off or pick up your computer at a different time. Prices are far less than the big guys. My daughter's laptop shut down due to viruses and she needed it for college. She took to another shop near her home and it was going to be 2 weeks before they could look at. We had met Chuck though friends and heard he worked on computers. Ashley called him and he told her to send it to him overnight as she lives in TN. She did, he removed all the viruses and updated her system, wrote down all that he had done to it and mailed it back. He must have worked on it all day and night to have it back that fast. She was so grateful and it works better than it did before. My little netbook needs updating and I'm going to get it to him as soon as I can.

It went very well, he arrived when he said he would, was very professional and polite. He set it up and then explained to me what he did and how to work everything. He told me to call anytime I had any questions. Did not take him long at all.
