Worst rental company I have ever dealt with and I've been renting cabins in the Smokies for 20 years. Failed to inform us that we would have to remove our own trash or be charged. I've never even heard of such a ludicrous requirement and would not have rented this cabin had I known. Cabin was poorly maintained and the kitchen badly equipped. Several appliances and other items malfunctioned or were difficult to use. The dishwasher broke down the first time we tried to use it forcing us to wash dishes all weekend. The dryer was also in poor repair and barely operable. We reported the dishwasher failure at checkout as requested. Six weeks later, they added unauthorized charges to my credit card without notice. Numerous calls to try and resolve the matter were never returned. None of the people involved will ever use this company again.

Charge $100 for old dishwasher that was in poor repair to begin with.   Will not use this company again

I called regarding vacation property management. I was told I would have info e-mailed to me. When this information never came, I then e-mailed the woman I had talked to and told her I never received the information. She just totally blew me off and never got back with me. I think this shows an utter lack of professionalism by this company and I would not recommend using this agency.
