Roofing
They didn't show up for three weeks in the middle of the job, leaving the roof unfinished, wouldn't return phone calls. I finally had to drive out to their office and threaten to sue them. Last year, we had some metal shingles blow off in a wind storm. I called them to come fix it (would have gladly paid) and they wouldn't return my phone calls. Did not respond to complaint that I filed with BBB of Jackson County.

'm sad to say I can't recommend them. They were unresponsive and I even had to track them down to get them to finish the original installation. Recently when we had problems with the installation, they wouldn't even return my calls and emails. I've also written to the BBB about them.
