HELP AIR CONDITIONING INC

Called HELP when my heat pump suddenly stopped working. I was told the technicians were all busy on another job. They would try to help me in the afternoon. No specific time mentioned. This may be a problem of poor communication for which I bear half the responsibility. No one showed up, and no one called to say whether they were able to come or not. I tried to call again in early afternoon with no answer, and I did not leave a message. It is now the next morning (Saturday) 22 hours later, and I tried to call the business number again this morning with no answer (not even an answering machine). I am now trying to find another person. I realize I am part of the problem here, but I am still disappointed. I give HELP a C because I have benefitted from their services before. They are knowledgable, kind, fairly priced as far as I can remember; and I had hoped they would be able to help me since I could not reach the person I usually work with. I wish I had insisted on further and more clear-cut communication.
