I hate them. It was a nightmare. There was such a terrible problem with the decks on the back of the house and the footers were put in with improperly compacted fill and started to give way. It cost us over $50000 for a basic repair and a $100000 to build a proper structure. He did that to other houses in the area too. They wouldn’t call us back and talk to use though he got repeated calls from not just me but other real estate people too.

Bobby Jenkins is honest, reliable, dependable and builds a fine house. We had no complaints. There were only two minor changes to the floor plan during the building process. The actual dollars were within 15% of the estimate which we planned for. What else can we say? We highly recommend this builder.
