Total Heating and Cooling installed a new Trane 16 SEER heat pump indoor and outdoor unit at my home.  From the start I was impressed with their professionalism and their quality of work.  My home had a builder's grade Goodman heat pump unit installed in which the indoor coil failed and began leaking refrigerant fairly early into it's life.  Since my older unit still ran on R-22 it became expensive to continually fill with the unit and I decided to look into purchasing a new heat pump.  After investigating new heat pump units I decided to get a quote on a new Trane unit and that's when I discovered Total Heating in Cooling.  Total sent a sales representative to my home to get all of the details and walk me through the different heat pump models.  While at the house the sales representative pointed out that a few simple changes could be made to the duct work to greatly improve the heating and cooling efficiency of the new unit.  From the start I could tell that the sales representative was honest and generally cared about providing best service possible.  Total was able to offer me 60 month 0% financing on the new unit which was a great deal.  We came to an agreement and within a week Total was at my house installing the new unit.  The installers were knowledgeable, professional, and fast.  They started at around 8 am and had the new unit up in running by around 1 pm.  The Total sales representative was there at the beginning and end of the project to insure that I was satisfied with the work that was performed.  I genuinely felt like they approached installing the new heat pump in my house as they would have if it were their house.  The changes to the duct work in the house were immediately noticeable.  Rooms that had been cold in the winter and hot in summer were now heated and cooled evenly with the rest of the house.  I was very satisfied with the top notch job that they did.  I would definitely recommend them to others.
