Great job as usual. I have used John for several years for services ranging from storm downed trees to biannual limb pruning and large shrub pruning. He is always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He does a walk through consultation and gives written estimate.His teams are experienced and work hard, often finishing the job under estimated time. One reason I have JR do the large shrub pruning is because of power lines to the house, they are very careful to avoid hitting the lines with branches. Everything is cleaned up and removed. I trust JR and highly recommend John and his team.

John was prompt in his initial response, proposal and work.  Project was completed on time and quickly.  Area was free of any damage and was thoroughly cleaned.

They were professional. They cleaned up after the work. They are reasonably priced, but I'm afraid to put him out. He priced by the day. He was well informed about what he does. I value his expertise. He knew what he was doing. I was really very satisfied with what he did.

His crew showed up on time.  They were very friendly and

answered all of my questions.
They even finished in pouring down rain.
I will definitely use this provider again.

The work they do is of high quality, and they are very professional.

The tree had fallen and they brought in a crane and took down the rest, the part that was threatening our house.  They are a large well known provider and we have used them one time long time ago previously.  Also he responded.  It was a very dangerous job for the work-men that he used had good insurance.  He did come in very quickly when he saw that the tree was breaking further and was threatening the house.  His pricing was reasonable for what he did.  We will use them again in the future.

JR and crew showed up on time and in force, with a ton of men and equipment.

They performed the work fast and effectively, answered our questions and did a great job.

I have used him several times in the past. I think he is reasonably priced and I am a negotiator. I always feel that they could offer a little less and negotiate and that affects the price. I like him and he is honest. He is insured as well and I think the trees he puts in are healthy. The people he deals with are good workers. I would have liked the price to be less but these days everything is expensive.  When I told people how much he charged me for certain things they thought it was a pretty good deal. When he comes and does some work if I ask him to get some extra branches too he doesn't charge me for that. He does it like he doesn't care and does it. He always goes back and forth and checks on his workers. If there is something that is not there then he would have someone to do it. He is certainly not the cheapest because there are some people who come door to door but they don't have the right equipment and they are not insured. 

The first thing, I have to say is that the crew showed up on time. After, I showed them which tree I needed cut down, the supervisor explained to the crew their assignments, they went right to work, and didn't stop, until they were done. They didn't leave an excessive amount of wood chips lying about.

They went way above and beyond to try and take care of our trees. They were very careful to make sure there wasn't any damage to our property while they were taking really old trees down. They took steps to try and keep the trees before he had to remove them. The prices varied by project. He's a smaller company, so he has a waiting list, but he's worth the wait!

THE YARD LOOKED REAL NICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE ABOUT THE PRICES. I LIKED THAT THEY WERE ON TIME ALL THE TIME FOR ME. THEY DID GOOD.
