GONZALEZ CONSTRUCTION

The job was incomplete the gutters leaked the paint started to chip, it took 14 weeks to get them to complete the job correctly they ghosted me when I tried to follow up overall the performance was poor. I wonder why I was treated so differently I thought my money was just as good as the next man whats the difference I wonder what it could be

I can not say enough good things about this construction group! To start of the owner Regilio is AWESOME!- He was punctual when he said he was going to come out to look at the old deck and give me an estimate for a new. He walked through what I wanted, and very knowledgeable. He then made a sketch and gave me a proposal in writing. We was also very professional about payments made with receipts. He didn't even want to take any money until the second day. I assume this is so we could see the work that they had completed. I was recommended to Regilio by a friend of mine who cant stop raving about how great this construction company was. They built the deck in 3 days and it is perfect. He was also very responsive on the phone during the whole project. I have never seen a crew of men work so hard. It was very rainy during the week that the work was completed. They were there when it was not raining and the left when it was but never a day that went by that work was not being done. There were always no less then 4 crew members at our house. After they completed the work, as i said before it was very rainy, they came back and pressure washed the deck to make it look nice and then cleaned up the yard. During the pressure washing our spigot was broken to the point where the main water had to be turned off to the house and a plummer had to come out and fix the problem. As a side note the crew members did not break the spigot it was already broke and it was just a matter of time before it was to have to be repaired. A plummer was at our house in 20 minutes. I was amazed and we had a new spigot. I offered to pay Regilio for the previous reasons and he said basically: if they broke it, they fix it...even it it wasn't entirely their fault. After the Deck was completed he told up to look over it and make sure everything is what we wanted and then he would take payment after he know we were happy. We found a few places where the angle of the boards we a bit off and where screws were put in on the wrong side of the boards. Very nit pickey stuff. He sent 2 crew members out ON A SUNDAY! (This was ok'ed with me) to fix the problem. I was so impressed. OUR DECK IS PERFECT!. I would definitely hire this construction company again. They were a delight to work with. Please don't hesitate to hire them.
