Thursday night we noticed a water spot on our living room ceiling. It looked to be under the master shower. Early Friday (0730), I called Mr. Thomas as recommended by a friend. I left a message on his answering machine. My call was returned within 30 minutes and I was told that he would be here in the afternoon. He then called me about an hour and a half out to let me know the pinpoint time he would be here. Upon arrival, I showed him the spot then the shower. He was very professional and polite, studied the problem, and told me that he was going to check a couple things to see where the leak was from. It ended up being a lose seal, he thought. He was able to tighten it and said it was quite loose. I was told to use my shower regularly and if the spot was not drying up or there was more damage to call him as soon as I noticed. I paid $65 for his service. It is Sunday and I have not had to call him back so far and the shower has been used many times.
