In November 2021, I took my vehicle to Ed's Collision Center for repairs after a deer/automobile accident. Approaching 4 months later, my vehicle still hasn’t been repaired. The auto repair shop did not complete the repairs agreed upon in the provided estimate and funds distributed to them by my insurance company. I have reached out to them multiple times without success. My windshield still hasn't been replaced and Ed's Collision still has those funds in their possession even though I asked for that portion to be refunded to me. The paint applied to the hood of my vehicle has raised areas in it and the shop applied painted over paint chips visible to the eye. The dented gas lid has never been replaced and the office representative (Sadie), stated it was an oversight and they would make the necessary repairs. You can hear a whistling sound from the driver's side door area. The driver’s side fender/bumper area that they repaired has a gap in it. There is overspray on my passenger side window, bumper, and door. They kept the vehicle 2 weeks beyond the agreed-upon time because they didn’t order a clip for the bumper costing me additional money for a rental vehicle.
